It works by emitting 254nm UV light inside a sealed tube, damaging and destroying single celled algae which cause green water. This clarifier will help clear green water and prevent it coming back. The UV is fully compatible with salt water chlorine generators, allowing for a lower level of chlorine to be used whilst still enjoying completely safe swimming pool water.
